NEET SS 2024 security deposit Refund Annexure

Bankers could not complete refund of security deposit. Candidates are requested to provide account details in an Affidavit duly notarized on Court stamp paper as mentioned in attached Annexure A (Format enclosed) on financemcc@lifecarehll.com copy to adgme@nic.in before 31.01.2026 to initiate
the refund process of security deposit again.

Note: Check your Roll no. In the Non Refund list published on 2nd January, 2026.
If it's there then get a Bond paper ( e stamp paper ), go to a notary and Notarise this Annexure A.

Q. How to make affidavit for NEET SS 2024 Security Deposit Refund ?
ANS- Go to a nearby Notary office with this annexture (Print or soft copy).

🔻Take a Stamp paper (100 Rs or more E-stamp paper or Govt Stamp paper-Stamp amount not mentioned), ask notary to type Annexure content on Stamp paper or take a print of annexture, fill the details, Attach it with Stamp paper and Noatraize it ( seal and Signature of Notary).

🔸While taking Stamp paper:
1st party- Candidate name
2nd party- MCC

🔻After notarized, Scan the Notarized document and mail it to MCC Finance Department for Refund (Along with 5 documents mentioned in the notice).
