NTA New Notice – NEET UG 2026
NTA clarified that NEET UG 2026 was conducted under full security protocol with AI CCTV monitoring, biometric verification, GPS-tracked question papers, and 5G jammers. Alleged irregularity reports received after the exam were forwarded to central agencies for investigation. NTA assured students that genuine candidates’ efforts will not be affected.

Re-NEET Preparation Update
Dear Candidates,
Good Afternoon.
Please do not lose motivation. This is the time to stay focused and restart your preparation with full dedication. Since the NEET exam conducted on 3rd May, only a few days have passed, and most of your preparation is still fresh.
Considering the ongoing paper leak concerns, the expected cutoff could have increased significantly. Therefore, students should continue their preparation seriously and avoid any gap in studies.
We strongly advise all candidates to join an online or offline test series at their coaching institute and remain consistent with regular mock tests and revision. As per current expectations, the fresh examination may be conducted in the fourth week of June, and the paper is likely to be of moderate difficulty level.
This is an opportunity to improve the mistakes and weak areas from the previous attempt. Utilize this additional time wisely and work on accuracy, speed, and revision.

NTA DG Abhishek Singh has said that the fresh NEET UG 2026 exam date will be announced within a week. The exam conducted on 3 May 2026 has been cancelled, and NTA will soon release the new schedule officially.

By July, the monsoon season begins in many parts of India, which may create logistical challenges for conducting a nationwide examination smoothly. In addition, most CBSE and other school boards resume their academic schedules after the summer vacation in July, which can affect the availability of examination centres.
Therefore, the last week of June appears to be the most practical and likely window for conducting the fresh NEET UG 2026 examination, if a re-exam is announced. However, the final confirmation will depend entirely on the official notification issued by the National Testing Agency.

NEET UG 2026 scam update —
A woman from Pune, identified as Manisha Waghmare, has been detained by Pune Police and handed over to the CBI in connection with the alleged NEET UG 2026 paper leak case. Reports say she was allegedly acting as a link between students and the main accused in the racket. 
Multiple arrests and detentions have now been made across Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Haryana and other states as the CBI probes a suspected multi-state network behind the leak.
