به نام نامیِ ایران

ایران امروز همچون گذشته دستخوش تحولات، مسائل و مشکلات متعدد است. عالمان و بزرگان این سرزمین کهن به خصوص از زمان جنبش بزرگ مشروطه و ورود ایران به عصر تجدد کوشیدند تا همگام با جهان و با تکیه بر میراث ارزشمند ایرانی-اسلامی به پیش روند و برای به زیستی ملت ایران بکوشند. در شرایط کنونی نیز کشور ما علی رغم دارا بودن امکانات و ظرفیت‌های فراوان با مسائل متعددی روبروست، که باعث گردیده است، بیش از هر زمان دیگری نیازمند اتخاذ تصمیمات استراتژیک و خردمندانه و توجه به جهان پیرامون در امور مختلف باشیم.
حال نزدیک به دویست سال از تاسیس اولین نهاد آموزش عالی در ایران می‌گذرد‌ و نهاد دانشگاه و اساسا آموزش عالی در ایران به عنوان یکی از ارکان تحول و توسعه ایفای نقش کرده است. عالمان و دلسوزان ایران به نیکی دریافته بودند، راه اصلاح وطن از علم و سخن مبتنی بر تحقیق و پژوهش می‌گذرد، و تاسیس مدرسه سیاسی در ایران نیز در تداوم همین رویکرد بود؛ و رشته علوم سیاسی در ایران به عنوان یکی از اولین رشته‌های تحصیلی مدرن با جایگاهی والا و تاریخی در واقع با هدف تربیت کارشناسان متخصص برای بهبود اوضاع دیپلماسی و وضعیت کشور در زمینه روابط خارجی و اثر آن بر وضعیت داخلی کشور راه اندازی شد.
اما هم اکنون ایران امروز بیش از هر زمان دیگر نیازمند روی آوردن به ساحت علمی و دانشگاهی است؛ و فقدان ارتباط اصیل و کارآمد بر اساس چارچوب و قواعد علمی با عرصه حاکمیت در تمامی ابعاد و جنبه های مسائل و معضلات روز کشور احساس می شود.
نگاه علمی به مسائل و دغدغه های جامعه و حاکمیت و همچنین یافتن راه حل علمی و آکادمیک برای خروج از بحران ها و معضلات کشور، امری بسیار ضروری برای ایران امروز است؛ و این امر ثقیل و گران بر دوش پژوهشگران و کنشگران علمی جامعه، به خصوص اندیشمندان و دانشوران علوم انسانی است. که متاسفانه با عدم توجه به علوم انسانی در سالهای گذشته و همچنین محدود کردن آن به سلایق و علایق خاص و کم لطفی های متعدد نسبت به اساتید و پژوهشگران این حوزه، امروز کشور ما با مشکلات عدیده ای مواجه است، که راه حل آن ها بعضا در مسائل ابتدایی علوم انسانی یافت می شود !
اکنون پس از چندین سال فعالیت در عرصه جامعه علمی علوم سیاسی ایران بزرگ، بنده و همکارانم در اتحادیه انجمن های علمی دانشجویی علوم سیاسی ایران، تحقیقا بر این باوریم که کلید راه گشای بسیاری از مشکلات و معضلات کشور در برقراری پیوند دوباره میان عرصه علمی و دانشگاهی و حوزه اجرایی کشور است. پیوندی که در این روزها بسیار ضعیف، بدون اصالت و دستمایه اضافات و ناخالصی ها شده است، و فقدان آن آسیب های عدیده ای به ایران و ایرانیان وارد آورده است.
و حال ما یقین داریم برقراری این پیوند علمی مبارک با انرژی و انگیزه بی نظیر، و تخصص کارآمد و به‌روز پژوهشگران و دانشوران جوان این سرزمین از سرتاسر جهان میسر است؛ که با عشق به این آب و خاک در جهت اعتلاء و پیشرفت کشور تمام داشته‌ی خود را در طبق اخلاص گذاشته و با تمام سختی ها و ناگواری های این روزهای وطن و جامعه علمی و مدنی آن، برای اعتلای نام ایران همچنان بی وقفه تلاش میکنند.
رسالت ما دانشوران علوم انسانی ایران به عنوان سردمداران پیشرفت و توسعه کشور، اتخاذ رویکرد و نگاه علمی نو در نظر و عمل و عدم التقاط آن با رویکرد ها و رفتارهای سیاست زده و جناحی است، درک این نکته که علم، شان و جایگاهی فراتر از تمام مسائل جانبی دیگر دارد، امری بسیار مهم و تاثیر گذار در رفتار و کنش ما است.
حال تمام تلاش ما در اندیشکده دیپلماسی ملل این است تا با استعانت به فرموده امیرالمونین علی (ع): «العلم سلطان من وجده صال و من لم یجده صیل علیه» دانش، مایه قدرت است، هرکس آن را بیابد، به وسیله آن پیروز می شود، و هر کس آن را نیابد مغلوب می‌گردد.
با اتخاذ رویکردی نو و همچنین تکیه بر منطق علمی و دانشگاهی و نگاه بین المللی، با استفاده از میراث بی نظیر موجود در کشور با محوریت دو حوزه: علم، و فرهنگ و تمدن غنی ایرانی؛ بتوانیم با گردهم آوردن نخبگان و استعدادهای برتر کشور در حوزه های مختلف، و پیوند آن با عرصه دیپلماسی قدمی کوچک در جهت اعتلاء و سرافرازی ایران عزیز در عرصه بین المللی برداریم؛ و بدون شک در این مسیر دشوار و پرچالش به پشتوانه نظری و عملی تمامی اساتید و دانشجویان کشور بخصوص پژوهشگران حوزه علوم انسانی در گرایش ها و مقاطع مختلف نیازمندیم، و امید داریم که به فضل خداوند متعال در انتهای این مسیر، اندیشکده دیپلماسی ملل مورد تفاخر و تکریم جامعه علمی و دانشگاهی ایران بزرگ قرار گیرد.

Today, as in the past, Iran is undergoing many developments, issues and challenges. The scholars and towering figures of this ancient land -especially since the time of the great constitutional movement and Iran's entry into the modern era- tried to keep pace with the world while relying on the valuable Iranian-Islamic heritage and strive for the betterment of the nation. In the current situation, despite having many potentials and capacities, our country is facing many issues, which has heightened the need to make strategic and wise decisions while paying close attention to the surrounding world in various matters.
Now nearly two hundred years have passed since the establishment of the first institution of higher education in Iran. The university and higher education as a whole has served as one of the pillars of transformation and development in Iran. Scholars and sympathizers of Iran had well understood that the way to reform the country is through science and discourse based on studying and research, and the establishment of a political school in Iran was a continuation of this approach. The field of Political Science in Iran, as one of the first modern fields of study with a high and historical position, was actually launched with the aim of training experts to improve diplomacy and state of the country in foreign relations and its effect on the internal affairs of the country.
But now, more than ever, Iran needs to turn to the scientific and academic field; the lack of an authentic and efficient connection between the scientific framework and principles with the field of governance is felt in all dimensions and aspects of the country's issues and problems.
A scientific look at the issues and concerns of society and governance, as well as finding a scientific and academic solution to get out of the crises and problems of the country, is an absolute necessity for Iran today; this heavy and important burden is placed upon the shoulders of researchers and scientific actors of the society, especially thinkers and scholars of humanities. Unfortunately, due to the lack of attention to humanities in the past years, as well as limiting it to special tastes and interests, and numerous injustices towards professors and researchers in this field, today our country is facing many problems, the solution of which is sometimes found in the basics of humanities!
Now, after several years of activity in the Political Science community of expansive Iran, my colleagues and I in the Iranian Union of Political Science Student Associations believe that the key to solving many of the country's problems and dilemmas is in establishing a new link between the scientific-academic fields and the executive branch of the country. A link that has become very weak, lacks in originality and prone to irrelevant additions, hence why its insufficiency has brought about much damage to Iran and Iranians.
We believe now that it is possible to establish this blessed scientific link with exceptional energy and motivation, and efficient and up-to-date expertise of researchers and young scholars of this land from all over the world; who, with a burning love for this land, have devoted all their being to the advancement and progress of the country. While enduring all the hardships and misfortunes of the homeland and its scientific and civil society, they are still working tirelessly to elevate the name of Iran.
The mission of Iranian humanities scholars, as the flagbearers of the country's progress and development, is to adopt a new scientific approach and view in thought and practice and not to mix it with politicized and factional approaches and behaviors; to understand that science has a status and place beyond all other side issues, and adopting this attitude will leave an important and lasting effect on our behavior and actions.

Now, all our efforts at the Nations Diplomacy think tank is to embody this quote from Amir al-Mu’minin Ali (AS): “Knowledge is power, whoever finds it, will be victorious through it and whoever does not find it will be defeated.”
By adopting a new approach with an international perspective, and also relying on scientific and academic logic, using the unique heritage in the country centered on two areas of science and rich Iranian culture and civilization we can bring together the country's elites and top talents in various fields and connecting them with the field of diplomacy. This way we can take a small step towards elevating Iran in the international arena; Without a doubt, in this difficult and challenging path, we need the theoretical and practical support of all professors and students of the country, especially researchers in the field of humanities in different disciplines and levels, and we hope that, by the grace of God Almighty, at the end of this path, the Nations Diplomacy think tank becomes a source of pride and reverence for the scientific and academic community of Iran.

💠فرایند تاسیس اندیشکده دیپلماسی ملل:

فرآیند تاسیس اندیشکده دیپلماسی ملل از پاییز ۱۴۰۲ با حضور جمعی از پژوهشگران و اندیشمندان حوزه علوم سیاسی و با حمایت جمعی از اساتید و بزرگان این رشته و مخصوصا حوزه روابط بین‌الملل آغاز گردید.
لازم به ذکر است که اعضای این اندیشکده تا زمان اعلام موجودیت رسمی، بصورت غیررسمی فعالیت‌هایی در امتداد کنگره بین المللی دیپلماسی ملل و در موضوعات تخصصی حوزه علوم سیاسی و روابط بین الملل داشتند.
