It's pretty amazing that the leadership of the far west let the Ukraine catastrophe develop into one where Russia can provide a military solution.

When I think about Russia's influence (in many spheres) on Ukraine, one would have thought that the perfect far West conception of an Anti-Russia (in the form of Ukraine) would not prop up those who promoted military solutions.

While such could lead to a sort of pseudo theory that Russia had involved in the furthering of thinking on Ukraine that the best way to be anti-Russia is to be an impoverished super-corrupt state that proposes a military confrontation with Russia but with a less capable military by several degrees of magnitude, since it is really in many ways the least best way to be anti-Russia and yet the best way to legitimize but also opportunize Russian moves to re-take half or more of Ukraine and make it Russia.

Instead, the west with all that influence on Ukraine, they could have made it a soft-power model for other former Soviet countries, particularly in central Asia and the Caucasus.

That part hasn't been absent from some Ukrainian thinking on the subject. That's why we've seen such an overture to Technocracy, Great Resetism, and pandering to Schwabian buzzwords, as well as having announced that Ukraine is the first country to be controlled by the west's ''Stakeholders'' (in Schwab's model).

And of course that's all future nonsense talk, not about results today - or results since 2004 or 2014.

The focus on future promises in the place of past accounting has been key to trolling Ukraine along a path of destruction.

The collective West does not love Ukraine anymore than the player loves his pawns.

Had the collective west engaged in policies that improved life in Ukraine, then they would not have been able to advance their real agenda - to destroy Russia by destroying Ukraine: creating a permanent impoverished, hostile, militarised, no-go zone of crime and reverse economic growth.

If the west had built up Ukraine, they would have only improved Russia's condition. By destroying Ukraine, is the only way they hoped to destroy Russia.

And that's precisely the underlying truth, in this correct logic, that they want to avoid publicly expressing.

Because this is the strongest singular reason geopolitically, geoeconomically and diplomatically, that these two countries - Russia and Ukraine - belong in the same strategic block.

GERMAN FOOD PRODUCERS WARN OF FOOD SHORTAGES

Germany’s frozen and fresh #food producers have warned that rising #energy #prices may soon force them to stop operations, according to Die Welt.

“There are significant supply gaps in the daily food supply for people in Germany. The situation is more than serious,” an open letter from the industry said.

“Companies now fear that production lines will soon come to a standstill and that refrigerated logistics centers for food distribution will be closed.

Some are even preparing for possible insolvency.”

The letter was initiated by the German Frozen Food Institute and the Association of German Cold Storage and Logistics Companies, and signed by five other industry groups.

It was addressed to Chancellor Olaf Scholz, Federal Minister of Economics Robert Habeck and Federal Minister for Food Cem Ozdemir.
