In this cohort study of 116 patients with cerebral venous sinus thrombosis after SARS-CoV-2 vaccination, 78 (67.2%) had thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome. Patients with thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome were frequently comatose at presentation (24%) and often had intracerebral hemorrhage (68%) and concomitant thromboembolism (36%), and 47% died during hospitalization.

Meaning
Patients with cerebral venous sinus thrombosis after SARS-CoV-2 vaccination who met criteria for thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome had a distinct clinical profile and high mortality rate…..

Conclusions
In this cohort study of patients with CVST, those with CVST-TTS after SARS-CoV-2 vaccination had a clinical profile distinct from patients with CVST before the COVID-19 pandemic, with high rates of coma and intracerebral hemorrhage and a high mortality rate.

By contrast, patients with post–SARS-CoV-2 vaccination CVST who did not fulfill the criteria for TTS appeared to have a similar clinical presentation and prognosis as patients with CVST before the COVID-19 pandemic”

I think the author has hit upon the background adequately, though I always struggle with this contradiction: omnipotent superpowers to control all humanity, yet cannot tinker with the accounting of the world sufficiently to allow it to continue for a good while yet.
Doesn’t hang together at all. The solution to the unsolvable problem is very much harder to do than to fix the original problem.
Also, I think there is powerful evidence that population is in excess is the belief held by many of the leading players.
There is even a narrative that is an easy sell. People believe it. I’ve had several people tell me it’s necessary & not to be fought against.
At some point, the driving narrative will pivot in this way: how will the planet be saved, with all us useless eaters on it?
