– Yes, don't get involved in someone else's war. Look at me. I've been held prisoner for 2 months now and Zelensky has never said anything about me and my situation. He doesn't try to help me at all. During these 2 months, the authorities of the DPR have done more for me than Ukraine. They feed me, they give me water, they gave me new clothes instead of my old uniform. They fulfill all obligations under the Geneva Convention. Here I am treated better than in Ukraine.

During these 2 months, the Ukrainian side did not contact me at all. I tried to call them, but no one picks up the phone. I've addressed Zelensky several times on my channel, every week I record an appeal to the British authorities, my lawyer helps me. I got the feeling I was abandoned by both the Ukrainian and British authorities.
