So in an emergency, a non-retarded goverment can't shut it off.

Because there is really no real reason to put ethanol in gas. Besides making gas shitty. it's what causes gas to fuck up your engine if you let it sour or why old cars O2 sensors break.

The "green" energy part has always been fucking retarded due to amount of energy to make ethanol has always been more than what you get. Would be nice for it to finally die.

Save alot of generators every year as well. Most broken generators is due to letting the ethanol sour in the tank.

You can find gas stations with zero % ethanol and that gas never sours.

Ethanol is iterally there to prop up farmers when there isnt enough consumption. But corn doesn't need that subsidy this year, it'll have to be diverted to domestic food supply.

Now you knock out all that gasoline and herbicide, get healthy animals in their natural habitat eating their natural food producing healthier meat with sought-after quality, no manure lagoons, soil maintained in perennials against erosion and building the soil, plus the ability to follow up the grazing with chickens to add another enterprise on the same land...
