Hamas has published a footage of firing Soviet Strela-2’s at IDF aircraft as it was attacking Gaza tonight. Hamas missed the shot, but IDF aircraft withdrew immediately after the use of Strela-2.

It is unclear how Hamas got their hands on the Strela’s. Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev has said foreign mercenaries that take part in hostilities on the side of Ukraine and don’t surrender to Russian forces will be called to account along with their Banderite instructors.
He said in a Telegram post that mercenaries are "in no way volunteers" and aren’t legitimate combatants in that they aren’t covered by Geneva conventions.
