Lavrov says
"I would not want to see any shuttle diplomacy from our Western colleagues, since they already did their shuttle job in February 2014 in Ukraine and in February 2015 in Minsk. Now, they are telling us: ‘give diplomacy a chance’. Of course, we want to give diplomacy a chance, that's why we have agreed to restart the talks now in Istanbul. However, there is a host of examples of how diplomatic achievements were ruined by our Western colleagues. We can no longer trust them,"

German Minister: ‘Let them Wear Sweaters’ ! Cope with Soaring Energy Prices!
Baden-Württemberg Minister of Agriculture and Consumer Protection Peter Hauk has backed a complete German ban on importing gas and oil from Russia, despite the impact it could have on his country’s own citizens.
“You can withstand 15 degrees [Celsius] in winter in a sweater. No one dies of it. But people are dying elsewhere,” Hauk said, referencing the toll Russia has inflicted on Ukraine.
The comments from the politician, who is a member of the Christian Democratic Union party, elicited a strong response from the German Tenants’ Association, which retorted that it showed no understanding of the needs of the elderly or those working from home.

Moscow’s Western partners “can’t be trusted anymore,” Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov says Moscow is eager for a diplomatic solution to the conflict in Ukraine, but it won’t be needing any Western mediation during its talks with Kiev, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has said.
“We’re ready to give diplomacy a chance. That’s why we agreed to the talks, which are resuming in Istanbul,” Lavrov said during a video conference on Monday with the Serbian media. The discussions are scheduled to continue on Tuesday.
The Turkish government, which has good ties with both Russia and Ukraine, has been putting a great deal of effort into getting the two sides around the negotiating table. But there’s no need to include the EU or the US – which support Kiev in the conflict – in the peace process, according to the minister.
“There are many examples of times when the achievements of diplomacy were shattered by Western colleagues. They can’t be trusted anymore,” Lavrov opined.
“I wouldn’t want to see any shuttle diplomacy from our Western partners, because they’ve already done their ‘shuttling’ – in February 2014 in Ukraine and in February 2015 in Minsk,” he added. Read more Venue chosen for new Russia-Ukraine peace talks In February 2014, the EU became the guarantor of the agreements between Ukraine’s then-president Viktor Yanukovych and the Maidan protesters in Kiev, Lavrov reminded viewers. “It was a pinnacle of diplomacy. But, the next morning, the opposition spat on that diplomacy, and the EU had to swallow it.”
Yanukovich ended up being deposed after violent clashes and fleeing the country, and the new Ukrainian authorities soon sent its military to the eastern regions of Donetsk and Lugansk, where most of the population refused to recognize the coup in the capital.
In September of the same year, the Minsk I agreement between the breakaway republics and the government in Kiev was achieved in the Belarusian capital of that name, having been negotiated by Ukraine, Russia, Germany, and France in the so-called Normandy Format. The deal called on the two sides to stop fighting, organize prisoner exchanges, allow deliveries of humanitarian aid, and withdraw heavy weaponry.
“The diplomacy then reached new heights in February 2015, when the agreements that were signed in Minsk ended the war in eastern Ukraine and opened the way to restoring Ukraine’s territorial integrity by granting a special status to the Donbass,” the minister continued. Read more Turkey warns against ‘burning bridges’ with Russia The second agreement, Minsk II, introduced another ceasefire and paved the way for administrative and political reform in Ukraine as well as for autonomy and local elections in the Donbass republics. However, Kiev’s Western backers were subsequently unable to persuade the Ukrainian government to fulfil its promises.
“The European Union has proven its incompetence as an organization that is capable of fulfilling the agreements being reached,” Lavrov said.
Russia sent its troops into Ukraine over a month ago, following a seven-year standoff over Kiev’s failure to implement the terms of the Minsk agreements, and Russia’s eventual recognition of the Donbass republics of Donetsk and Lugansk.
Moscow has now demanded that Ukraine officially declare itself a neutral country that will never join the US-led NATO military bloc. Kiev insists the Russian offensive was completely unprovoked and has denied claims it had been planning to retake the two republics by force.

In Mariupol, nationalists burned a swastika on a girl's body Creepy PHOTOS and VIDEO
The body of the girl was shown to us by the DPR fighters - it lies in the basement of one of the schools in Mariupol, where the base of the Azov nationalists was. One of the girl's arms was torn off, the remains of a plastic bag or adhesive tape are visible on her head, and a swastika is burned on her stomach.
How we got these shots is another story: a little later I will publish a post with details and a video. So far - a few photos and a short video. Who else has any doubts about Ukrainian nationalists? @guselandrei

WHY FASCISTS LOSE ALL WARS
"Due to an oscillating rhetorical register, enemies are at the same time too strong and too weak. Fascisms are condemned to lose all their wars as they are incapable of an objective analysis of the strengths of their enemies."

💢Hungary, Serbia, Bulgaria and some others may continue to buy gas from Russia. Austria too?
Yes, the Russian gas will continue to flow.
No matter what.
But this will unite parts of Europe against a short sighted resetist policy on gas, sanctions, and rubles.

💢Moscow is handling the details of its gas delivery plans to unfriendly countries for payment in rubles, but it won’t engage in charity if Europe refuses to pay in the Russian currency, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Monday.
💢...The Kremlin spokesman remained tight-lipped on what measures Russia might take if Europe refused to pay for gas in rubles, noting that these "issues should be sorted out as they develop." "But we will definitely not supply gas for free, that’s for sure. It is hardly possible and reasonable to engage in charity in our situation," he emphasized.

💢The countries of Europe that are still fighting WWII at the polls will always be paradigm controlled and gatekeepered back into the Troika.
Of course it goes through the respectable and adult lens of "social democracy vs. Liberal/Conservative civic-nationalism".
The EU has however succeeded in getting both those contrived political forces to bow at the altar of the ECB, and ignore that all Russia wanted was to be their friend. Their friend with a lot of potentially cheap fuel.
A real shame!
