Anti-COVID restrix demo in Amsterdam sees thousands protesting

Thousands of protesters joined a demonstration against government measures put in place to try to curb the COVID-19 pandemic, in Amsterdam on Sunday.

On December 19, a national lockdown was implemented, with all non-essential businesses ordered to close in an attempt to slow the spread of COVID-19 and its variants.

The lockdown measures were softened on January 14, with all non-essential shops and contact businesses like hairdressers being allowed to reopen again within a limited timeframe. While bars and restaurants will remain shut.

NEW - More than 270 "medical experts" called out Spotify, Joe Rogan for spreading "COVID-19 misinformation" in an open letter.

It turns out "the authors of the letter and the vast majority of its signatories are not medical doctors," according to author Jordan Schachtel.

I only hope that, somewhere out there is one or more highly motivated strong people, perhaps ex-forces (for whom I have massive respect) who now grasps just how bloody perilous our position is & is now considering some kind of event.

I’ve tried so hard & for so long to go the educational route because that’s all I know.

But it’s too limited & way too slow. It’s ten minutes to midnight. I’d rather be laughed at for an over-active imagination than only to keep doing what I’m doing & say nothing.
