There has been a lot of information, good and bad. A lot going on. Most importantly, Tony had a birthday party on Friday, a birthday party on Saturday, and had to recover on Sunday!

Tony heard all weekend that he was about to get the notifications. It didn't happen. Everyone was ready, banks had their people in at 7 a.m. The Fed has been working 12-hour shifts. The banks were at the highest level of alert because something was supposed to go down.

Something happened in Iraq. They were removing the PMF and the militias out of Iraq. They were killing them. Imagine! (LOL! Was this a war or one of Tony's Birthday parties?) (Didn't Trump say, "Surrender or we'll kill you"?)

The State of Law Coalition in Parliament was upset over this, resulting in the lack of a quorum for the vote to take place. They are Iranian puppets.

Tony was clearly told we will not go until the President is named. And that did not happen.

The new Iraqi Governor wants to know where Iran stands before the RV happens. In addition to the PMF and militias, some parliamentary members have been removed. Tony found out today Maliki has been removed from the process and is no longer authorized to attend any meetings.

This morning, Tony was told the next date for the vote is Tuesday, and then it was changed to the 5th, then the 8th. The latest date is the 11th, as the new drop-dead date. They want to make sure Iran is removed from the process and that those (Iranians, presumably) in Parliament have no power.

Tony was assured today that the border is under control and the money is under control, with none going to Iran.

So, the RV has a green light and the vote is done and the President has been named. That took place this morning. Tony got a call from his Iraqi contact confirming this and saying once the name of the President is made public, the RV will go. It could happen as early as Wednesday. Someone else told Tony Thursday. It has to be done by the 11th, which is past Trump's 10 days that he gave Iran.

Sudani will be the new Prime Minister.

We will know in the next couple of days and Tony is still hoping for this week. A bank had people come in today and they were going to receive their money and do the exchange. One man waited 3 or 4 hours and they couldn't do it but he was told to return at 9 tomorrow for his exchange. This is because they think it's going tomorrow morning. Tony says they are the only ones thinking that, however.

Tony says there have been boots on the ground for days and the number will grow significantly. That gives even more security. They are already on the island and have been for more than a week. There are more coming. Who will do what? Who will get what? Several countries are putting boots on the ground and the US will be the largest one, really significant numbers.

Iran has the IRGC elite force, the regular army, the people, and various groups within the country. The groups make it complicated for negotiations. The IRGC is 30% of the country. The boots on the ground will get them out.

Tony does not believe we have to go to the 11th. He says it will happen by the 11th. The rates are still in place, still strong. We need to have a President, announce the President, announce the RV.

春はおかしい人が増えると言われます。皆さんも聞いたことがあるのではないですか。今日はこれを、西洋医学と中医学の両面から説明していきたいと思います。

まずは西洋医学の理論を使って説明しましょう。

春は、気温差が激しいです。三寒四温という言葉がある通り、温かいなと思ったら急に寒くなる日が続きます。これは体にとって大変なストレスです。

ストレスを感じると、副腎からコルチゾールというホルモンが分泌されます。副腎は、腎臓が被ってる三角帽子のような形と位置関係にある臓器です。

コルチゾールについては何回か書いてきたので、覚えている方もいらっしゃるでしょう。でも忘れてる人もいるかもしれないので、簡単に説明します。

例えば恐竜に追われるシチュエーションを想像してください。こっちに向かって全速力で走ってきます。もしかしたら死んでしまうかもしれません。

そんな究極のストレス下においてコルチゾールが分泌されると、そこから逃げ出すために必要なエネルギーをつくるため、血糖値を上げようとします。

また春は環境が変化する時期でもあるため、ストレスを感じやすいです。ストレスを感じ続けてコルチゾールが出しっぱなしの状態になると、興奮状態が続くのでイライラしやすくなります。

コルチゾールを放出しっぱなしだと、最終的に不足してしまいます。そうなると今度は、不安感やうつ状態が続くようになります。

だから、春は精神的に不安定になる人が多いのです。

では次に、中医学の観点から説明してみます。

中医学では、体全体を機能や仕組みを元に5つのグループに分けて考えます。そして、季節と臓器は密接に関係すると考えます。特に春と関係するのは、肝と呼ばれるグループです。

５つのグループは、それぞれ四季と関係します。え？合わないでしょ。1つ余るじゃん？と思った方がいらっしゃると思います。春、夏、秋、冬以外に、梅雨を一つの季節として考えるんですよ。面白いですね。

中でも肝は、春に傷つきやすいと考えられています。肝とは、西洋医学でいう肝臓そのものだけでなく、自律神経・情緒・血を貯めておく機能などを含めたグループです。肝が傷つくということは、自律神経や情緒に影響が出やすくなります。
