BRUCE march 24, 2026 : Bondholders have not received their emails that they have funds in account and when they can spend it. We heard from bond paymaster this afternoon, that they hope to get those emails around 11 am tomorrow as to how much money they have in their accounts and when they can spend. We will not know until we talk to people who get those emails, but for us, it means, we go approximately 48 hours after bondholders get their notifications. We could start exchanges on Friday or Saturday. We could go through Palm Sunday and have this before the end of the month. Treasury spoke to one of our redemption center leaders, sending an email to them, saying we will have this before the end of the month and we are a week away, but the timing looks like it could be for Friday notifications. Rates have been on and off the screens for a few currencies, and then blank, and today only one currency one. They are getting ready to load new currencies on the redemption center screens.
