- This is exactly where Our United Republic / The American Republic has limited its Operational Jurisdiction to work to Buildout a Limited United and Unified Confederated Foundation Infrustructure as an American Religeous Establishment (per Amendment I) on the North American Continental Territory Domestically in and for the Original United States in the Trust Division at General Law and Equity (Primary Half of Article III) ONLY!

⚠️DEVELOPING: A Flood Watch has been issued for the majority of Southern California excluding San Diego County from 4:00 PM Tuesday through 10:00 PM Wednesday.

A powerful winter storm is forecast to arrive Tuesday night through Christmas Day bringing possibly heavy rain and higher snow levels. A few thunderstorms are also possible.

Total rainfall amounts of 2-4 inches are likely in all areas with localized amounts of 4-8+ inches possible, especially on the lower coastal slopes. Rainfall rates may also approach 1 in per hour in some locations.

Be prepared for the potential of flooding and flash flooding as well as rock, mud, and debris flows,  especially below recent burn scars, and heed all evacuation orders.

The snow level should remain above 8,000 feet through most of this storm, lowering later on Christmas day and Friday. If traveling into the mountains be ready for winter weather driving and always carry chains!
