This picture can be taken in two point of views.

1️⃣. Always being in this mindset of cooking and not taking advantage of this blessed month..

2⃣. By taking advantage of this month and hoping from Allaah the reward and doing everything for Allaah.
I mean,,

Yes, we've the duty to feed our family by cooking them delicious food.

But it doesn't mean that we should always be cooking cooking,, but not do other kind of acts which should be done in this blessed month.

Shaykh Abd al-Azeez Aal al-Shaykh said:

Her work in her house is an act of worship to Allaah, and her doing her household duties and taking care of her children are an act of worship to Allaah, so she is in a state of worship, in sha Allaah. So she should make the most of the time in order to remember Allaah; it is permissible to remember Allaah whilst preparing food, praise be to Allaah.

Majallat al-Buhooth, 58/81.

You'll be rewarded for it too in sha'a Allaah!

Cooking doesn't stop to remember Allaah.


As you do the house chores you've to moist your tongue with the remembrance of Allaah.

You shall be rewarded in sha'a Allaah.

It may feel like there is no way out..

“Allaah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear”
{Qur'an, 2:286}


If الله knew that you couldn’t bear the pain do you think He swt would put you through such pain?


Trust الله‘s plan, have tawakkul you’ve got this and you are strong enough to overcome anything when you have الله by your side ❤️


Everything will work out in the end and there is a reward in the end for all your hard work!


Sometimes it looks like there is no way out but الله will always make a way out...


We were out onto this dunya to be tested, everyone is being tested in different ways it won’t last forever.

Al-Baqarah 2:214

مَتَىٰ نَصْرُ ٱللَّهِۗ

"When is the help of Allaah?"


أَلَآ إِنَّ نَصْرَ ٱللَّهِ قَرِيبٌ


Unquestionably, the help of Allaah is near.

Don't be stressing you're a blessing🍂

In the summer it is so hot and you
hope the cooler days follow soon even though it seems so long. And after some months Allaah grants us the cold days, and then it is so cold and you wish that the warmer days would return. And this is how it also works with sadness, when you are happy you think you won't be sad again and when you are sad, you think you won't be happy again. But at the end of the day Allaah He always grants us the relief, soon or later. Just how you wish for the warmer days when its cold, and just how you wish for the colder days when its warm, while the days went by slow, Allaah granted you the colder days after the heat and he granted you the warmer days after the cold. Allaah will grant us relief after every difficulty إن شاء الله

فَإِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا

For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease [i.e., relief]

إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا

Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.

{Surah. Ash-Sharh: 5-6}

People will hurt you,
Allaah will heal you.

people will humiliate you,
Allaah will magnify you.

People will judge you,
Allaah will justify you.


Aal-e-Imran 3:173

حَسْبُنَا ٱللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ ٱلْوَكِيلُ

"Sufficient for us is Allaah, and [He is] the best Disposer of affairs."

*How to protest our selves in this pandemic?*



*From the Qur'aan*

1️⃣. SURAH AL- FATIHA.

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ

ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

مَٰلِكِ يَوْمِ ٱلدِّينِ

إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ

ٱهْدِنَا ٱلصِّرَٰطَ ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمَ

صِرَٰطَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ ٱلْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا ٱلضَّآلِّين.

2️⃣ Suarh Ikhlas, falaq, naas.

🍂سورة الإخلاص

قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ ﴿١﴾ اللَّهُ الصَّمَدُ ﴿٢﴾ لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ ﴿٣﴾ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ ﴿٤﴾


🍂سورة الـفلق

قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ ﴿١﴾ مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ ﴿٢﴾ وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ ﴿٣﴾ وَمِن شَرِّ النَّفَّاثَاتِ فِي الْعُقَدِ ﴿٤﴾ وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ ﴿٥﴾


🍂سورة الـناس


قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ ﴿١﴾ مَلِكِ النَّاسِ ﴿٢﴾ إِلَهِ النَّاسِ ﴿٣﴾ مِن شَرِّ الْوَسْوَاسِ الْخَنَّاسِ ﴿٤﴾ الَّذِي يُوَسْوِسُ فِي صُدُورِ النَّاسِ ﴿٥﴾ مِنَ الْجِنَّةِ وَ النَّاسِ ﴿٦﴾


*From Sunnah*

1️⃣أذهب البأس, رب الناس، ، واشفه وأنت الشافي؛ لا شفاء إلا شفاؤك، شفاء لا يغادر سقماً


“Adhhib al-ba’s Rabb , wa’shfi anta al-Shaafi, laa shifaa’a illa shifaa’uka shifaa’an laa yughaadir saqaman


(Take away the pain, O Lord of mankind, and grant healing, for You are the Healer, and there is no healing but Your healing that leaves no trace of sickness).”

Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 5351, Muslim, 2191.

2️⃣.بسم الله الذي لا يضر مع اسمه شيء في السماوات وما في الأرض

'Bismillahil-ladhi la yadurru ma'as-mihi shai'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i, wa Huwas-Sami'ul-'Alim

In the Name of Allaah with Whose Name there is protection against every kind of harm in the earth or in the heaven, and He is the All-Hearing and All- Knowing

3️⃣. Put your hand on the part of the body that hurts and say Bismillaah

بسم الله

three times.


And say seven times:

أَعُوذُ بِالله وقدرته من شر ما أجد وأحاذر


A’oodhu Billaahi wa qudrathi min sharri ma ajid wa uhaadhir

I seek refuge in Allaah and His power from the evil of what I feel and worry about.

4️⃣. أَعـوذُ بِكَلِـماتِ اللّهِ التّـامّاتِ مِنْ شَـرِّ ما خَلَـق

A`ūdhu bikalimāti ‘llāhit-tāmmāti min sharri mā khalaq.


I seek refuge in the Perfect Words of Allah from the evil of what He has created.


*What to recite when you get to know someone sick/ when you visit someone who is sick..*

1️⃣When The Prophet (sal-Allaahu 'alayhe wa sallam) would enter upon a sick person, he would say:

لاَ بأْسَ طَهُوْرٌ إِنْ شَاءَ اللّٰهُ

Do not worry, it will be a purification (for you), Allaah willing.

Laa ba'sa tahoorun 'inshaa'Allaah.



2️⃣.Any Muslim servant who visits a sick person whose prescribed moment of death has not arrived and supplicates *seven times* :

أَسْأَلُ اللّٰهَ الْعَظِيْمَ رَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيْمِ أَنْ يَّشْفِيَكَ

I ask Almighty Allah, Lord of the Magnificent Throne, to make you well.

As'alullaahal-'Adheema Rabbal-'Arshil-'Adheemi 'an yashfiyaka.

…then perhaps, for this reason, Allah will cure the person (if not near Death)

Recite the above duaas which are from quran and Sunnah, and blow it Into a water..

Recite all the duaas 3 times or 7.
The Prophet ( ﷺ ) used to blow into his hands when going to sleep, after reciting Qul Huwa Allaahu Ahad, and Qul A’oodhu bi Rabbi’l-Falaq and Qul ‘A’oodhu bi Rabbi’l-Naas, then he would wipe his hands over his face and whatever he could of his body.

And Allaah is the Source of strength.

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ الصِّيَامُ جُنَّةٌ إِذَا كَانَ أَحَدُكُمْ صَائِمًا فَلاَ يَرْفُثْ وَلاَ يَجْهَلْ فَإِنِ امْرُؤٌ قَاتَلَهُ أَوْ شَاتَمَهُ فَلْيَقُلْ إِنِّي صَائِمٌ إِنِّي صَائِمٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Narrated Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه :

The Prophet (ﷺ) as saying:

......he should neither behave in an obscene manner nor foolishly. If a man fights or abuses him, he should say: *I am fasting, I am fasting.*
