- Dec 2025: Bloomberg analysts Eric Balchunas + Will Clemente publicly predicted Musk would buy the SPCX ticker from
Matt Tuttle (SPAC and New Issue ETF, ~$7M AUM, launched 2020).
- April 7, 2026: Tuttle officially changed his ETF ticker from SPCX → SPCK. Effective start of trading that day. Made
the ticker available.
- April 10, 2026: Bloomberg confirmed speculation SpaceX is taking SPCX. This is the same playbook Zuckerberg used to
grab $META from a small ETF issuer during the Facebook rebrand.

IPO Dates (Confirmed From Multiple Sources), sooner than anything else.

- April 1, 2026: Confidential S-1 already filed with SEC (confirmed by Bloomberg, CNBC, WSJ, Reuters)
- Late April – May 2026: Public S-1 expected (SEC requires 15-day gap before roadshow)
- Week of June 8, 2026: Roadshow kicks off
- June 11, 2026: Massive retail investor event (~1,500 attendees)
- Mid-to-late June 2026: Target listing date on Nasdaq

Why it's huge
- Raise size is ~$75B at a $1.75T–$2T valuation. That's more than 3x the biggest IPO ever done in the U.S. (Alibaba was $22B in 2014).
- 30% of shares are going to retail. That's triple the normal allocation. Demand is expected to be 10-20x oversubscribed, meaning millions of retail buyers won't get shares and will be looking for exposure anywhere they can get it.
- Four separate catalyst windows between now and the listing: public S-1 filing, roadshow kickoff, retail event on June 11, and first trade day. Each one is a news cycle.
- The ticker was literally just freed up 2 weeks ago.
- One tweet from Elon mentioning SPCX and the token moves on its own.
