This release brings 2 major features and several bugfixes. The activation epoch is set on 795 which should happen on October 3rd, 2022 ~15:15 UTC.

⚠️ All validators seem to be running on v1.3.36. If your nodes are running on v1.3.36 please ignore this paragraph. If your observers will be upgraded from v1.3.35, please make sure you do not upgrade those nodes after the new epoch has begun. Reason: that version is known to contain issues regarding the trie snapshot process and will render the trie DB unusable and the node will be stuck at random block nonces. The safest way to upgrade v1.3.35 nodes is ~3h before a new epoch start.

Hello Validators,

Due to the issue described in the following Github Issue, old databases are not removed from validators' storage, which may lead to high disk usage on the machines
https://github.com/ElrondNetwork/elrond-go/issues/4546

⚠️ Please check your machines' remaining disk space and remove old databases if necessary. For example, if the current Epoch db is Epoch_795, please remove anything lower than Epoch_790 if disk usage becomes an issue. This also affects observers that have ObserverCleanOldEpochsData = true. However, for validators and observers that don't need to delete anything, no action is required.

🕛 A node release with the proper fix will come soon.
