Hey Validators,

Those of you running DEVNET validators with eligible Validators assigned to Shard 2:

Why: Shard 2 got stuck and needs resetting.

We also know the reason there - we used observer nodes and other components that are newer than what's on the mainnet (read that as BETA) in conjunction with the Devnet, for some builders to try out new things.

So this can't happen on the mainnet, no risk there.
