MultiversX kick-starts registration for xDay Hackathon, with up to $1M in prizes and funding

One of the most highly anticipated initiatives aimed at expanding the scope and size of the MultiversX ecosystem and to provide a unique platform for developers to create apps and tools, the xDay Hackathon, will take place between September 21 and October 21, with registration now officially open.

The hackathon is organized in collaboration with industry-leading multi-chain software engineers’ communities, DoraHacks and Encode.

The Cursed Land is a MMORPG game that has been in the works for several years, and which saw a turning point in its development when their team saw the opportunity to integrate blockchain technology.

With a total of over 100,000 player accounts, and being available on both iOS & Android, Cursed Land is leveraging the MultiversX network to add digital ownership, transparency and interoperability to its gaming experience.
