1️⃣ Q: Is the runtime data permanently tied to each individual node, and if so, why isn’t it preserved after removal?

🖥 A: Yes, the runtime data is tied to each individual node. Once a node is removed from the system, its associated runtime data is also deleted, as it is not stored separately. This is done for data consistency and to prevent potential misuse. To preserve accumulated runtime, it’s important not to delete active or expired nodes, even if planning to replace them


2️⃣ Q: Why am I seeing deductions without any visible increase in uptime? Is the uptime being correctly recorded on the backend?

🌎 A: Uptime is recorded on the backend; however, if experiencing deductions without corresponding uptime increases, it could indicate an issue with how node is being tracked or synced. We recommend checking node's status, connection stability, and ensuring it hasn't been removed or reset. If the issue persists, please "open ticket on Discord" for further assistance and send detail with EVM address + log files


3️⃣ Q: Is the app we downloaded called Node Client? If purchased the NFT Pass, could share a screenshot of Node Client? It says the reward is real-time MTP tokens—where can I see what that looks like?

🎟 A: Yes, the Node Client is the application we use to run the node — can download it from the official website.

Once purchased the NFT, need to wait until the MultiPass Testnet officially launches. After that, can log in to the staking page using the wallet you used to buy the NFT. That page will show real-time MTP rewards and staking details.
