The pictures depict the process of making ketchup. Overall, there are 15 stages which tomatoes go through, starting with picking tomatoes and ending with transporting them to markets. Interestingly, both human and machinery labor are involved in this process.
Delving into details, tomatoes are picked by farmers and put in baskets. Then, they are sorted out by hand into good and bad tomatoes. In the third phase, they are carried out to factory by lorries, where inessential parts of tomatoes like stalks, seeds and skin are removed.
Next, they are placed into special containers before crushed. After which, sugar, salt and vinegar is added to make ketchup more pleasant. It is left for two hours before boiling them. Following this, ketchup is now in the form of liquid which may be put in a bottle, labeling with logo and checking the quality of a product.
In the final three stages, ready ketchup is put in a box and transported to supermarkets to allow people enjoy. Finally, it is ready to consume, it would be better to eat them with hamburgers and fries.
