Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing as a member of the school environmental club to suggest ways we can make our school a more eco-friendly area.

As environmental issues become more pressing, it is crucial for us to take active steps to reduce our impact on the planet. By making our school more environmentally conscious, we can set a positive example for students and the community.

One of the first measures we could implement is a comprehensive recycling program. This would involve placing recycling bins in every classroom and common area, encouraging both students and staff to separate their waste properly. Additionally, introducing more green spaces, such as planting trees and creating small gardens around the school, would not only benefit the environment but also improve the overall atmosphere.
