❇️ Is it easy for you to stay focused in a noisy environment?

⏺a bit difficult actually. There are constant attention grabbing distractions around me including background sounds or consversation of others. These may make it hard me to focus on what I am trying to concentrate on .

⏺ While I am able to stay concentrated on something when I am conscious that I have no right to make mistakes. However, if I cannot feel rested enough, being washed out, I can't keep focused.

❇️ What do you do to improve concentration?

⏺First thing I do is tuning out background distractions. This is very crucial. Actually, in general, I try to follow a healthy sleeping schedule in order that I can feel energetic enough.
