Around the world, people are now living longer than ever before the past. Some say an ageing population creates problems for governments. Others believe there are benefits to society having more elderly people.

Do the advantages of possessing an ageing population outweigh the disadvantages?

Over the last few years, life expectancy has been increasing in many parts of the globe. People have different views as to how this growing number of ageing population can affect society. While this phenomenon can bring about some benefits, I believe the drawbacks are more important to consider.

From one angle, ageing population can be beneficial in some respects. Firstly, they can contribute to society with their knowledge and wisdom. This is because senior members have accumulated much experience in many aspects of life, and they can be a valuable source of knowledge, especially when we need problem-solvers who can make informed decisions. This advantage can also be of great importance in the workplace. While younger generation can be more versatile and creative, let alone energetic, the elderly can offer their expertise and wisdom, and managerial positions are also better performed by them. This could be a factor for diversity among the workforce and an increased effectiveness.

However, there are some downsides of this trend that can eclipse the mentioned advantages. The first and foremost problem is that this can strain the state budget. To explain, the more elderly retirees live in a country, the more pensions are to be payed for them, which means severe pressure on the shoulder of working generations. Another significant issue is associated with the shortage of jobs available among new job applicants. In other words, there can be some cases in which the old may continue working even after their retirement age, and this might squeeze the opportunities of new job seekers to land employment.

In conclusion, growing ageing population can benefit society and workplace with their experience and wisdom. Nevertheless, this trend may come at a cost financially, and also result in a more intense competition among new job-takers. (297 words)

Mana, Speaking yo'q bo'lsa ham, B2 ga teng ball olgan ekanman, lekin sertifikat berishmas ekan. Nimayam derdik 😅

Ha aytgancha, B1 ololmasez ham sertifikat bermedi, ya'ni A1-A2 darajada, 38 balldan past ball osez ham saytdan shunaqa chiqadi baliz. Bunaqa ko'rgilik tushmasin hech kimi boshiga :(.
