Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inform you of a significant issue with the accommodation provided for my short course. Upon arrival, I discovered that the accommodation is not as described, and I am facing major difficulties with the living conditions.

The primary problem is that the heating system is not working properly, which is particularly concerning given the cold weather. Additionally, the room is much smaller than what I had been led to expect, and the shared facilities, such as the kitchen and bathroom, are overcrowded and not well-maintained.

When I enrolled in the course, I was under the impression that I would be staying in a private room with adequate heating, access to clean facilities, and a comfortable environment conducive to studying. Unfortunately, this is not the case, and it has become challenging for me to focus on my studies.

I would appreciate it if you could address this issue promptly, as it is affecting my overall experience. Please let me know if there is an alternative accommodation option available or if the current problems can be resolved soon.
