Describe these pictures

In these photos, we can see two main methods of working practices. The first one, on the left, is portraying remote working. Specifically, there is a woman who is interacting with three of her colleagues through video-call, and making notes. In the other picture, on-site working experience is depicted, where employers are probably discussing a matter. One female worker is standing near a board and making choices with sticker papers. What are the differences between remote working and working at places?

Well, I think one of the main differences is about the expenses. In workplaces, there is a need to cover utility bills, such as electricity, maintenance and other services like cleaning. However, in remote working, such spending items are not the case. Also, remote working is much more time-saving and cost-effective for employers. This is because they do not have to commute daily, being economic with their travel time and cost.

Why do many people want remote working these days?

Well, due to the obvious advantages, I believe. As I mentioned, this mode of working saves people`s time and travel cost. Also, distant working can also allow employers to be more flexible, meaning that they can complete tasks at any part of the day, as long as they meet the deadlines. There is also one reason which is not so true for many. It is about alleviating the volume of traffic on roads via remote working, but I do not see this is really practical to many people.
