✅ What is your favourite day?

🟢While it is difficult one, it would probably be Friday. This day is the end of grueling workdays when I can chill out with my friends to refresh. I usually grab a soft drink with them hanging out.

🟢It is certainly Monday when I have to switch on work-oriented mind . It is so unpleasant to get back into weekly grind after a relaxing weekend.

✅ Please, describe your daily routine?

🟢Well, I habitually get up at around 6 am in the morning, and then do a little light exercise. Having workout out for keep-fit, I wash my face, hands and brush my teeth. Next, I eat a large healthy breakfast that I dont usually prepare myself before commuting to work...

✅ What do you usually do at weekends?

🟢I normally catch up on sleep in the morning, which is impossible during weekdays when I have to get up early. Moreover, I try to spend time outdoors where I can soak up the sunshine otherwise I am stuck in office work other days round.

🔘Do you like running?

I don’t run long distances and only incorporate short runs into my fitness routine. I find long-distance runs too strenuous to engage

🔘Where do you run?

My running spot is limited to a parking space near my area, primarily because my neighborhood is cramped. I am thinking of buying a treadmill one day which I think offers a very consistent access to exercise, especially under time and space constraints. I’d say it’s a great option for those who can’t regularly make it to a gym.

🔘How often do you run?

I don't have a regular running routine for maintaining fitness. Instead, I use running as a tool to relieve stress during challenging times. When I find myself at a low point in life, I often go for a late-night run until I'm out of breath. This method is incredibly effective in clearing my mind, and it helps me regain my balance. While it's not a daily practice, I turn to running whenever I feel the need to de-stress and refocus.

The female leader I would be thrilled to meet is Saida Mirziyoyeva, who is the daughter of the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev. Saida Mirziyoyeva is an influential figure in Uzbekistan and beyond.

Saida Mirziyoyeva is a multifaceted leader actively involved in various social and cultural initiatives. She has played a significant role in promoting women's rights, education, and healthcare in Uzbekistan. Her dedication to improving the lives of women and children in her country is particularly inspiring. She has been at the forefront of campaigns to raise awareness about domestic violence, encourage girls' education, and provide better healthcare facilities for mothers and infants.
