Well, I often engage in different hobbies of mine during Saturdays and Sundays.

This is because weekends are a time for me to achieve balance between work and leisure, which results in lower stress levels, in turn (result).

Generally, I spend my weekends by hanging out with my friends, going to the cinema and walking in the park.

Last weekend was particularly effective for me. I went to the mountains for skiing that is my number one hobby, and this was a very necessary break for me after a difficult week.

Sometimes, I may use weekends to plan my week ahead, and also pursue my projects.

Overall, weekends are a valuable opportunity for me to recharge my batteries and be better prepared for the following week.
