if i currently have N100M

this is what i would do with it:

1/ Mudarabah Investment

i will invest N20M in Mudarabah

it’s a form of bank investment plan that is halal.

the bank will use the capital to invest in halal businesses.

Unlike conventional savings, this plan does not pay fixed interest; instead, you share in the actual profits generated, with returns determined by the performance of the underlying assets.

any risk or loss incurred will be covered by the bank and you get guaranteed capital protection.

your capital can generate N200k-N500k monthly depending on the performance of the business ventures.

You can withdraw your capital after the investment plan has ended.

Typically, 1 month or up to a year, depending on the investment you choose.

This is a good plan if you're a family oriented person.

2/ Real Estate Investment

Will invest N20M-N30M into real estate

one of the few things that doesn’t depreciates is LAND

you can never go wrong with land investments.

I will buy a few plots of lands in newly developed areas and watch the ROI come in a few years.

you can also buy an old house, renovate it and resell for profit

Advice: seek mentorship to avoid story that touches the heart.

3/ I will save N10M as emergency fund

under no circumstances, i will ever touch this money unless it’s an emergency case like Health issues or other life events.

4/ I will invest at least N5M and buy halal stocks

Nigerian and foreign stocks offers decent ROI but the ROI is low but consistent.

Long term investment !

5/ I will use N2M-N3.5M to buy a federal government job

Yes! people pay money to buy federal
jobs.

the advantage is that:

- you work until retirement (nothing like sacking)
- ⁠you will only go 3-4 times weekly and sometimes not even at all depending on the nature of the job.

The salary won’t be more than 150k-300k but will go a long way if you own a family.

6/ I will invest N5-N10M into Gold and let my wife wears it.

7/ Personal development

i will upgrade my personal brand and also seek for mentorship from people that are doing what i want.
