Went through the T&C and we aren't required to maintain deposit to qualify for the $10

However, after initiating withdrawal, the task progress bar turns to 3/4 signifying we are meant to hold deposit.

fortunately, if you deposit any amount it will turn to 4/4.

So I will advice to leave a little amount in the account but preferably, deposit $10 a day prior to the reward distribution (Jan 17-18)
