The reason why I didn’t share it was because Nigerians are banned from accessing OKX Services.

- If you can’t afford a gym, here are 3 simple exercises that will build your body overtime if you do them daily:
- 50 push-ups
- 50 sit-ups
- 50 squats
Trust me, these are all the exercises you need to be in good shape. You can start with 10 reps daily and walk your way up to 50 & higher overtime.
Push ups for upper strength, sit ups for abdominal strength, and squats for glute and lower strength.
You can also decide to add different exercises to target certain areas in your body.
If you’re overweight, you will need to couple it with some cardio E.g Jogging, skipping, and most importantly, make sure to stretch after you’re done with every training session.
