A Fun Project - Tensegrity

Lately I have seen a lot of "Tensegrity" builds on FB and YT, some have been used as tables and/or other fun projects. Google search for "youtube tensegrity". Several years ago, I designed and 3D Printed a small experimental Tensegrity to play with.

The one thing that I think is unique of my design is that it only uses "one continuous" string, that is looped through each hole at each corner and center support, which allows the device to support more weight the "harder" the two end pieces are initially pulled apart.

This is todays 3D Printer Project, it is a insert for my Bird Peanut Feeder, it takes us space in the feeder so that I have to add fresh peanuts more often. It is about 14in long.

This is my current 3D Printer project: It is a Garden Slug Beer Trap.

The center blue cup is a "Mott Apple Sause Treat" cup. The Base and Top will be 3D Printed.

I will place them in the garden is several location.

This is the two section of a Pond Skimmer Boat that I am building. When finished it will skim the swigs off of the pond by pushing them to the side where we can pick them up.
