FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Does it work for iphone users?
ANS: IPhone users that download movies from our telegram channel but do not know how to play or cannot see them on their phone.
Steps:
πFirst download the app called "VLC Media player
πGo to our telegram channel and download any movie of your choice.
πAfter downloading, click on the file, the you'll see an option that says "Done" at the top left edge and another sign at the top right edge. Click on the right one.
πClick on "Save to files"
πSelect a folder called Vlc
Then save it there.
Open your vlc app, and enjoy!
2. How do I save movies I downloaded on my phone?
ANS: click on the menu bar beside the download item on the channel and you would see save to downloads, click then check your download folder.
3: when I joined the channel, all movies where downloading automatically, why?
ANS: click on telegram settings, click data and storage, turn off auto download.
4: some of the videos downloaded has no sound, why?
ANS: use VLC media player, and make sure you update it to the latest version
5: I downloaded a file and it's not on my phone, I opened telegram again and I was asked to download file again, why?
ANS: firstly, if u want to download any video, your must have twice the space of that video or more I.e if you're downloadin something of 300mb your phone must have a space of 600mb or more.
