Power Pilates- Intense, energizing, full body practice focused on core work.

Healthy Back- soft, low intensity class based on Pilates and combined with mobility work for hips,shoulders & spine, as well as nervous system regulation tools, to calm your mind & body and cultivate recovery and rehabilitation.

Yoga for women* - a soft Yoga Therapy practice focused on feminine health. In this class you can learn how to match the practice to your cycle, how to support PMS, pelvic pain, peri menopause, with a yoga practice, movement and breath.

I want to share the plan of my next Yoga for women* classes with you- to get an overview of what we are meeting in class.
Each class is focused on a specific theme, with a practice matching it.

This is the plan (changes are possible):

The menstrual cycle- a fluctuating of hormones and how they impact the body & mind:

24.9 Ovulation & estrogen
1.10 PMS & progesterone
8.10 period, the intelligence of FSH hormone

Menopause:

15.10 The way to menopause
22.10 The way to menopause (2)
29.10 The way to menopause (3)

Pelvic pain:
5.11 cyclical pelvic pain
12.11 cyclical pelvic pain (2)

Even if you say in your heart 'oh but i don't have a cycle so i only need to come to the class about ____ ' i suggest you come! It is important to understand the cycle first, in order to understand life in its absence/fading away.
This is why i decided to offer again the series about the cycle.
As you can see- the information is building up, so coming once a week is a good idea ๐Ÿ˜

There was an issue with the listing of the 19:30 class on Tuesday in Neukรถlln. It is now fixed, but all past bookings are deleted. If you booked it, please book again now.

Additionally, the 20:30 class in Neukรถlln now officially starts at 20:35 and will be longer, 55 minutes until 21:30.

Last Saturday some of you came to pinky promise party to taste from the Pelvis Knows Workshop, it was a really fun and new experience for me to teach in a club, I'm still very sore ๐Ÿฅต loved seeing you free and so receptive.

The Pelvis Knows full workshop will happen again in the studio version, last time for this year, on 16.11

I'm on my way back from Rome
To a very full week of teaching!

This is the time to announce that I will be traveling on 17.11 for a Yoga Teacher training, until January! ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

As this seems to be the year where I refine my teaching, I decided to go back to basics with one of my old teachers, with whom I practiced Yoga when I was 20.

That means- we are now entering the LAST TWO WEEKS I'M TEACHING THIS YEAR

Happy New Year!

I'm heading back to Berlin, after 7 weeks of traveling, training and seeing the world from a different angle.
I feel excited to come back and see you all, to open together this year, and to move again after the holidays eating too much/not moving enough festival ๐Ÿ˜…

Starting tomorrow, I'm back to full schedule.
Notice some changes
โ€ข Thursdays at Mitte will end next week
โ€ข Fridays at the Loft are gone- come on Thursdays.
โ€ข SHA-LA changed to a new location, a few minutes away towards the river!


The first new year class is tomorrow, at 20:30, Open Studios Kreuzberg. This class became (before my trip) a beautiful home for all of you regulars.
I hope to see you there!

Hi all, here the schedule for this week ๐Ÿฅ

We will focus on mobilizing, opening (expect some backbends) and creating inner heat- to rush the blood after a long holiday break for many, and to warm up from the inside in this cold cold week.

Changes this week:
-I'm subbing a Booty & Abs class today in NK ๐Ÿ‘ at 17:00
- I will teach at You Glow Mitte this Thursday, but this unfortunately will the last one. Please join the waiting list for the postnatal class, I except some changes until Thursday and you are likely to get a spot.
- There is no Friday class at SHA-LA this week, as the Studio is moving to a new location this weekend! Classes will resume next week at the new SHA-LA Waterfront location.

And finally thanks to all of you who came yesterday โค๏ธ
I planned a pretty hard class and thought we will probably not make it all, but you came with such focused and generous energy, and it felt easy! That's an advanced practice- finding the ease within the challenge ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

Schedule for this week!

This week's Pilates classes will focus on forward folding- rounding and articulating the spine forward. Short hamstrings? That's your time to practice and improving your flexibility. love rolling? You will enjoy these classes.

The Yoga for Women* class tomorrow will focus on finding inner light (and fire) in these dark, cold days.

Join the classes on Friday in the new, truly exciting location of SHALA on the spree, near shlesi station. The view when you practice is so nice ๐Ÿ˜

Practice with me this week-> save the picture and find the class that suits you.

In this week's Power Pilates classes we will focus on arms & legs strength, alongside our core work (it's still Pilates!)

You might notice- I'm slowly building a rotating program, with a topic changing once a week.

The last two weeks were:
1. Backbends (arch your back)
2. Forward folds (round your back)
3.This week- legs&arms
4. Next week- hip mobility.
The idea is that the topic will rotate each week, and will repeat every month.

I'm happy to hear your feedback about it- and if there are other topics you think deserve the stage.

Each class will still always be a full body practice and include core work, but the rotating topics can allow you to advance and deepen your practice over time.

- Red Lights are paired with Healthy Back at the Loft!
- Subbing an extra Power Pilates class on Saturday

This week's focus in the Pilates classes is on forward folds, rounding the back and articulating it.

And last- i'm truly amazed by your focus and dedication last month. I definitely made some challenging classes for your coordination, strength & mobility and you all really took the challenge with full hands while breathing deep and calm :)

Looking forward to see how it develops this month.
