The more honest you get with yourself, the more you value honest connections and people. It becomes exhausting to entertain people’s lies and performances, which you can clearly see through. You'd rather choose real imperfection over false perfection.
Working on yourself is the best thing you can do. Accept that you are not perfect, but you are enough. Then start working on everything that destroys you: your insecurities, your ego, your dark thoughts.
One of the hardest yet bravest acts of courage is to let go of someone you have strong feelings for but ultimately is not right for you.

Whether it is because of non reciprocation, a lack of consistent effort, mismatch in values, bad timing or something else.

Over staying in a relationship that is not life giving will eventually deplete your soul and authenticity.

And the real cost, in addition to heartbreak, is you and the emotional toil it will take for you to get over them.
There are difficult things in life, really hard and haunted things that make it heavy and hurtful at times. But love should not be one of those things. Love should hold your hand and help you through those storms. Love should be your safe place. So please, just don't give the best parts of yourself to someone who doesn't see the value in what they are receiving. Don't settle for anyone who doesn't look at you and know, without hesitation, that they want to stay. You deserve so much more.
Yes, things can change, often faster than you realize and in better ways than you could ever imagine. You have to find the courage to be uncomfortable, to process, to face things. More importantly though, you have to come into the clarity that life can be dramatically different from one chapter to the next. You will have other chances to be as you've always wanted, experience what you've always wanted.
Never settle for less. Not with your job, your friends, and especially not with your heart. Continue to seek what you are looking for and do not shrink yourself for the sake of other people.

—You deserve the best.
What others think of you is none of your business.

Time heals almost everything, give it time.

Smile. You don't own all the problems in the world.

Make peace with your past so it won't screw up the present.

Don't compare your life to others and don't judge them. You have no idea what their journey is all about.

Stop thinking too much. It's alright not to know the answers. They will come when you least expect it.

No one is in charge of your happiness, except you.
When you give importance to people, they think that you are always free. But they don't understand that you make yourself available for them everytime.
Before you go to bed tonight I want you to remember that it took a lot of courage to leave behind what’s not for you anymore. If you’re strong enough to let go, then you’ll be strong enough to find what’s next for you. you’ve got this, good night.
Being highly sensitive is a special trait that lets you experience the world in deep ways. But it also means you might get overwhelmed and stressed out more easily than others.

It’s like having a fine-tuned antenna that picks up everything, which is amazing but can be a lot to handle. Recognizing that your sensitivity is a part of who you are means taking care of it.

By learning ways to manage stress, you turn your sensitivity into your superpower, letting you live fully without burning out.
If you’re struggling with fatigue, brain fog, and low energy, it’s important to rule out any underlying medical conditions first.

Once you’ve done that, you focus on regulating your nervous system, and then deliberately exposing yourself to stressors in a controlled way.

This will help your body expand its capacity to handle more physical stimulation.
Do the best you can with the opportunity in front of you.

Opportunity handled well leads to more opportunity.
The thing we are really afraid of is the unknown, we fear that which we don’t know.

The best way to overcome your fears is to get to know the unknown.

The more you bring curiosity and learning to what you don’t know the more your fears will dissapear.

This is why judgement creates more fear as it stops learning and keeps the unknown at a distance.

Replace judgement with curiosity and you’ll dissolve your fears and live with more freedom.

5 things most people take a lifetime to learn:

1. The more confident you are, the quieter you become.

2. We give our lives purpose. If life feels purposeless, that's your fault.

3. You'll never look good trying to make someone else look bad.

4. Be romantic about the little things. Be a realist about the big things.

5. Most people are afraid of their imagination.
Do good because you think of yourself as a good person, don't do good to be told you're a good person.

The same action done with different intentions yields different outcomes.
The goal is to live the life you've always dreamed of. Be fearless in the face of adversity. Don't let your distractions distract you from your goals. Never stop learning. Always remember where you came from, but never lose sight of where you're going.
