If someone isn’t choosing you, choose yourself. No more trying to be enough. No more jumping through hoops to be chosen, no more trying to heal them into loving you and no more trying to convince them of your value. Life is hard enough, don’t make it harder by chasing love that isn’t available to you. Let them go.
Will always care for you, even if we are not together and even if we are far, far away from each other.

Tomorrow will be better!
Then you say it again tomorrow. Because it might be. You never know, right? At some point, tomorrow will be better.

Every day you wake up, think about what a privilege it is to simply be alive and healthy.
Stop focusing on the negatives and everything that could go wrong and start thinking about what could go right.
Better yet, think of everything that already is right.

Sometimes when I wake up in the morning and go for my daily run and workout, I try to visualize what my perfect day would look like, and play this beautiful scene inside my head over and over again.

It’s really powerful stuff, and I’m getting more clear of what I want and desire the most each time I do it.
Try not to compare yourself to people around you. Life isn't a race; it's about making the right decisions at the right time.
Do things at your own pace; take less notice of what everyone else is doing.
Don't be jealous of situations that you know little about. Don't be jealous when people around you reach milestones; be happy for them, be patient and know that your time is coming. Everything happens at the exact moment it's supposed to.

If you feel overwhelmed today, be gentle with yourself. Life can be a lot to handle sometimes.
Your new life is going to cost you your old one.
It's going to cost you your comfort zone and your sense of direction.
It's going to cost you relationships and friends.
It's going to cost you being liked and understood.
It doesn't matter.
The people who are meant for you are going to meet you on the other side. You're going to build a new comfort zone around the things that actually move you forward. Instead of being liked, you're going to be loved.
Instead of being understood, you're going to be seen.
All you're going to lose is what was built for a person yo no longer are.
Remaining attached to your old life is the first and fina! act of self-sabotage, and releasing it is what we must pre pare for to truly be willing to see real change.

Be kind to yourself. Let go of the bad days behind you, and focus on all of the good days ahead. Life isn't always perfect, and neither are we. There will be days that don't go as planned, and there will be days that exceed all of your expectations. It's about balance; it's about taking the good with the bad. You can only do your best and sometimes, regardless of the outcome, your best is just enough.

Maybe "bad timing" is a sign that perhaps this isn't right for you right now. Maybe this isn't meant to happen like this. Try to focus on yourself and do your own thing. If it works, it works. If it doesn't, it doesn't. When you find the one who is supposed to be in your life, you'll just know, you'll make it happen. You won't question the timing.
Maybe this just isn't it.

Stop minimizing and discounting your feelings.
You have every right to feel the way you do.
Your feelings may not always be logical, but they're always valid. Because if you feel something, then you feel it, and it's real and true for you.
It's not something you can ignore or wish away.
It's there, gnawing at you, tugging at your core, and in order to find peace, you have to give yourself permission to feel whatever you feel.

Sometimes you have to understand you can't talk it out with everybody! Some people are stuck in their ways, stubborn & there's nothing you can say or do except remove yourself from the situation that's disturbing your peace. Stop holding on to a rope that's tearing your hand apart.
7 professional ways to ask someone to explain something in English:
1. Could you please clarify this for me?
2. Would you mind elaborating on that point?
3. I’d appreciate it if you could shed some light on this matter.
4. Can you walk me through this concept?
5. Might I ask for further explanation on this topic?
6. Could you expand upon what you just mentioned?
7. I’m seeking a deeper understanding of this. Can you explain further?

In retrospect, feeling lost is a good thing. It means there is so much for you to explore, so much to discover, so many paths to take. But often when we feel lost, it's not because we don't know where to go, it's because we've forgotten where we began (i.e, who we always were). We fail to remember our previous dreams, what made our hearts light up, what brought us a sense of pure rapture.
For everyone out there right now who's struggling. Hang on. Reach out to the people around you for help. It's going to get better. Of course you have to contribute to that, but it's going to subside and things will improve. I know it's hard. I'm sending you tons of love. But I promise, it will get better.

After certain things happen, you don’t feel the same way about people anymore, no matter who they are.
The older you get, the more you realize it's not about who knows you the longest, it's about who sees you, hears you, understands you, supports you, reassures you when you overthink, makes you feel safe when you feel insecure, and loves you on the days you don't feel loveable.
If you're going to truly love someone, you must take them as all that they are. Even the pieces you don't necessarily understand or maybe even like all that much. You must stop projecting ideas about who or what, or where they should be. This is not up to you. Rather, you must meet them where they are at. Wherever that may be. You need to stand with them in everything they are and stop resenting them for everything they are not and will never be.
Sometimes people come into your life to show you what is right and what is wrong, to show you who you can be, to teach you to love yourself, to make you feel better for a little while, or to just be someone to walk with at night and spill your life to.
You deserve a calm love that's patient, caring and considerate. Someone who never lets you sleep with a heavy heart or makes you question their loyalty. Someone who motivates supports, and celebrates you. Someone who makes promises and keeps them. A love you never have to heal from.
