People don’t understand how draining it can be to try to explain what's happening inside your head. No one knows when you’re struggling to understand it yourself, there are times when you just unintentionally feel sad and start to feel alone.
Lately, I finally found myself being happy and free. I've learned to let go of the things that used to bother me and those who held me back: I am now enjoying living in the present, and accepting new people in my life. No more isolation. No more overthinking. No more dwelling on my past mistakes. I'm gonna keep living than just existing because I know that there's more to life than pleasing others and that God's plans are always better than mine.

And although this may feel like a loss, it's necessary in order to elevate. The loss you'll feel when you let go of what is NOT meant for you will never be harder for you than holding onto to that unhealthy situation out of fear and control.
