If today was difficult for you, I hope you know that tomorrow can be better. I hope you know that the moments that are uncomfortable or hurt or don't make sense will pass. I hope you remind yourself of all the times you didn't think you were going to feel better but you did. As you go through your days remember that every moment is just a moment. When you can't take it one day at a time, try to just take it one breath at a time.
This is just the beginning. You have so much more to do and discover. Even if it feels like you should be further along by now, be patient with yourself; good things take time and there is no need to rush this beautiful journey you are on. Take each day as it comes and make the most of it. Rest easy knowing that things are falling into place, and everything is coming together just like how you hoped they would in your mind.
People don’t understand how draining it can be to try to explain what's happening inside your head. No one knows when you’re struggling to understand it yourself, there are times when you just unintentionally feel sad and start to feel alone.
Lately, I finally found myself being happy and free. I've learned to let go of the things that used to bother me and those who held me back: I am now enjoying living in the present, and accepting new people in my life. No more isolation. No more overthinking. No more dwelling on my past mistakes. I'm gonna keep living than just existing because I know that there's more to life than pleasing others and that God's plans are always better than mine.
Growing and honoring yourself will likely hurt because you are unlearning, shedding, and constantly detaching from behaviors, identities and people that no longer serve a purpose for you. And although this may feel like a loss, it's necessary in order to elevate. The loss you'll feel when you let go of what is NOT meant for you will never be harder for you than holding onto to that unhealthy situation out of fear and control.
Everyone is so quick to talk about cutting people off, but nobody really talks about the grief that comes with having to stand firm on that decision. knowing it's not what you wanted, but what was necessary for your well being.
You can’t control how other people behave, treat you or view you. So just focus on what you can control - your actions and beliefs.
At some point, you must accept that control is an illusion and clarity doesn't always come immediately. Reclaim your peace. Some things just don't make sense and might not for a while. Find comfort in the truth that your heart is sincere and your intentions are pure, and keep moving forward.
When someone is acting rude to me, I won't give them my attention. Why not? Because my attention, after all, is the combination of my time and energy at any given moment.
I'll never look good trying to make someone else look bad.

Remember that everything in life is temporary.

Don't take criticism from someone you wouldn't take advice from.

Be a good person, but don’t waste time trying to prove it.
The world craves genuine changemakers whose hearts are rich with goodwill, not just their pockets. We don't need more fame; we need individuals who can leverage their creativity and skills for good, leading with love and authenticity to inspire lasting change.
