Encryption fix for PA Ruby

Steps:
- Boot to recovery
- Wipe system, vendor, cache, dalvik
- Format data
- Flash PA ROM zip
- Flash this kernel
- Flash encryption fix
- Reboot

NOTE: This enables FBE v2, more secure and efficient encryption architecture introduced in android 11, so you won't be able to mount and read/write internal storage using existing recoveries until you format data. SD cards will work fine though.

WorkAround : For Other A11 Roms.
Replace Rom Zip With Any Other A11 Rom ZIP
As A Temporal Fix , New Roms Are Going To Have All This Fixed.
And Continue The Steps , IF Wants To Use MoonBase NewWaveMoon (Optional).
Flash It After Boot With QsV2 kernel Or Keep Using IT :)
