MTL Fund sets property qualification for signatories
On June 22, the MTL Fund Council of Signatories adopted an amendment to the offer of the main tokens, according to which only holders of at least 500 MTLRECT tokens will be able to join this governing body. The decision comes into force on July 2.
Response of the MTLF Council Secretary in the shareholders' chat to a request to comment on the rationale for this decision:

1️⃣ MTL Fund is the largest corporate participant and sponsor of the Montelibero Association, one of the key actors of the Montelibero project as a whole, ensuring the stable functioning and development of its tokenomics.
2️⃣ Over four years, the MTL fund has consolidated tokenized assets in the amount of over 4 million eurmtl, the price of the main MTL token on DEX Stellar has grown sevenfold, the number of shareholders is approaching four hundred.
3️⃣ It is never too late to become a member of the prestigious MTL fund shareholders club and jointly master the skills of individual and collective investment, and this is available to anyone who cares about the financial independence of themselves and their loved ones.

The main motive is the presence at the tail of the multi-signature of participants who do not have their own interest in the Fund, who get there only by delegation and essentially remain ballast, do not participate in meaningful discussions and sign important transactions only after reminders... All this reduced the quality and security of the multi-signature. With the introduction of a minimum qualification, there is hope to increase the interest and responsibility of signatories. It is clear that this is only a hypothesis and, accordingly, an experiment - just as we love in the Montelibero project. It is clear that this is not a panacea, and much remains to be done to improve the quality of the Fund's management. But this proposal seemed quite reasonable and justified, so it was supported by a qualified majority.

Competition drives progress. And cooperation
The MTL wallet crypto wallet maintains a strong leadership in the Montelibero community.
According to the results of an express survey conducted by ARI on behalf of the Sunce startup, the⛰️ MTL wallet is used by about half of the active participants in the 💶 MTL tokenomics. The spread across chats is from 42% in the most popular, so-called main chat, to 69% in the specialized @EURMTL_club. In second place is the Lobstr, one of the most popular wallets in the 🌌 Stellar blockchain ecosystem: 38% on average across the sample and a spread from 31% to 53%. In third place is the 🌄 Sunce wallet application: 18% on average and a spread from 17% to 28%.
The stratified sampling method allows you to quickly and clearly get an idea of the significant differences in the consumer characteristics of local communities (see the corresponding distributions in table and diagram format). Thus, the leadership of the @MTL_crypto chat, positioned as a public bridge between the Montelibero project ecosystem and the "broad" crypto community, looks quite logical for Lobstr and Solar. As well as significantly higher demand for the "native" Montelibero wallets MTL wallet and Sunce in the @EURMTL_club chat - 40% and 55% higher than the average, respectively.
The study also identified two important benchmarks for marketing crypto wallets on the local market. The level of coverage for these products in specialized groups is almost one and a half times higher than in universal ones (90% versus 62%). Moreover, the first ones also have significantly higher average numbers and diversity: 18-20% versus 7% for other wallets, and their number per user is 1.7 in specialized groups versus 1 in the general one.

We would like to express our sincere respect and admiration for your consistent adherence to libertarian principles, both during your election campaign and after your long-awaited victory!
We are reaching out to you on behalf of the international libertarian extraterritorial community – Montelibero. It unites several thousand supporters of freedom: IT specialists, entrepreneurs, freelancers. We are a permanent non-profit mutual aid structure based on the non-aggression principle and the idea to create a space that people who respect the principles of reasonable freedom of each other can call their homeland.

Supporting your impressive victory was one of the first decisions taken by the Montelibero Association in November 2023. Time has proven we were right: you have consistently followed the rhetoric and vision upon which your campaign was built.
Your efforts in Argentina are so exceptional that we cannot limit ourselves to moral support. We are ready to offer practical assistance, including:
— digital solutions, tools, and technology projects;
— work and expertise of qualified volunteers and dedicated libertarians;

📅 November 27 is the opening day of the festival.
And here we decided that the idea of holding a traditional MTL breakfast before the start is a wonderful one. So at 10:00, this time in the capital, there will be a meeting in a cozy cafe to get acquainted, chat, and find out what everyone expects to hear and see.
And at noon, we will be waiting for you at the Kings Park Hotel, located next to a small green park in the center of Podgorica.
📢 The official opening of Montelibero.Zajedno is at 13:00.
We also thought it would be a great idea to have a party after the lectures in a cozy bar. This time, we will meet at the Bogart bar in the capital to get to know each other and chat in a relaxed atmosphere over drinks.
