Iran said it isn’t accepting any further temporary cease-fire between Washington and Tehran, and instead wants the conflict in the Middle East to “end here once and for all.” In remarks to reporters on the sidelines of an international conference in Turkey, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Saeed Khatibzadeh stressed Tehran’s “red line” that hostilities “from Lebanon to the Red Sea”—in all war zones in the region—must end, according to Turkey’s state news agency Anadolu: WSJ
(Note: nothing new, they just repeating they want complete end to war not another few months ceasefire, but then even after saying this they did accepted the two weeks ceasefire so let's wait and watch they might again or not)
Ceasefire or talks are not important but opening of SoH, (still closed btw, US blockade has reduced flow ships even more according to BBG)

The U.S. and Iran are negotiating over a three-page plan to end the war, with one element under discussion being that the U.S. would release $20 billion in frozen Iranian funds in return for Iran giving up its stockpile of enriched uranium, according to two U.S. officials and two additional sources briefed on the talks.

(not gonna happen because uranium (they can agree to some types but is US willing? As of now they want all) is red line for iran, and also iran want payment for damages so $20b could cover that because iran estimated around similar number for damages as well so)
"Iran will not send its enriched uranium to be stored abroad. Not only because nothing has been agreed upon, but because this is among Iran’s means of self-defense at the moment: Alihashem

According to two sources, the U.S was ready in an earlier stage of the negotiations to release $6 billion for Iran to purchase food, medicine and other humanitarian supplies. The Iranians demanded $27 billion.

Meanwhile, the U.S. asked Iran to agree to ship all its nuclear material to the U.S., while the Iranians only agreed to "down-blend" it inside Iran.

Under a compromise proposal now under discussion, some of the highly enriched uranium would be shipped to a third country, not necessarily the U.S., and some of it would be down-blended in Iran under international monitoring.

(but US rejected Russia's proposal for iran uranium per reports so which country now if any?)

As part of the MOU, Iran would be allowed to have nuclear research reactors for the production of medical isotopes, but would pledge that all of its nuclear facilities would be above ground. The existing underground facilities would remain out of commission.

"Iran clearly wants the $20 billion — and a lot more. They clearly want to sell oil at free-market rates without sanctions. They want to participate in the global financial system. But they also want to have this nuclear weapons program. They want to fund terrorists like Hamas. And they don't want to give that up enough to get the things we're offering," the US official said

The Iranian foreign minister’s announcement on Friday that the Strait of Hormuz is “completely open” for ships that use an Iranian-prescribed route doesn’t give the shipping industry assurances to resume traffic through the strait, an industry analyst said.
“From the shipping perspective, it is certainly promising, but it doesn't immediately give anybody enough clarity to make any firm decisions,” said Richard Meade, editor-in-chief of Lloyd’s List
The statement from the foreign minister, Abbas Araghchi, didn’t clarify whether Iran still plans to collect a toll for passing ships, as it has demanded in recent weeks. Iran previously tolled shipowners to use its prescribed route through the strait, which hugs the Iranian coastline on the northern shore of the waterway.

Trump: The U.S.A. will get all Nuclear “Dust,” created by our great B2 Bombers - No money will exchange hands in any way, shape, or form. This deal is in no way subject to Lebanon, either, but the USA will, separately, work with Lebanon, and deal with the Hezboolah situation in an appropriate manner. Israel will not be bombing Lebanon any longer. They are PROHIBITED from doing so by the U.S.A. Enough is enough!!!
