Just Use with Hyper Bridge v5beta4 For Always on Island

What's New in the Beta:
Hyper Bridge now lets you have a permanent island (AlwaysOn Island) when you dont have any notification.

How to enable: You can enable it under App Settings > Global Settings.

service: Introduce Utility Aware Scheduler
For a long time, Encore Tweaks set the floor CPU frequency to roughly 50% (loosely) of the max frequency on lite mode.
This causes unwanted overheat on newer chipset because of loose accuracy of the calculation and the static nature of the tweak.
Utility Aware Scheduler ("UAS") solve this issue by dynamically adjusting frequency floor based on the utility of the CPU,
adjusting itself to the real CPU load. UAS does not work alone, it still require CPU governor (eg. schedutil) to work
togather, UAS helps by shaping the floor frequency to optimized level with hysteresis.
UAS can be activated by using lite mode, normal performance profile is unaffected.
