Trinity's is a Simple userspace Scheduling Maintaining Ramp-up and Ramp-down Frequency Kernel Efficiently. it monitors system load with millisecond precision and adjusts CPU core frequencies via direct sysfs file I/O. By implementing a rapid ramp-up algorithm for burst performance and a decaying ramp-down mechanism to eliminate UI stutter

• Migrate from shell execution (su -c) to pure Rust file I/O for zero-overhead sysfs manipulation.
• Implement Rapid Ramp-up algorithm for instantaneous frequency boost at high CPU loads.
• Add Decaying Ramp-down mechanism (0.8x factor) to prevent UI stuttering during load drops.
• Decrease High Load Interval to 50ms and Threshold to 60% for aggressive responsiveness.
• Implement native read-write-lock cycles using chmod (0o644/0o444) to handle protected kernel files.
• Replace disk-based logging with direct standard output for real-time terminal monitoring.
