There is greenish discoloration in the face, chest and both shoulders(arborization). There is blood stained.

Post-mortem putrefaction caused by Decomposition due to
1 Autolysis by the enzymes released from the tissue cells causing softening and liquefaction of the body tissues.
2 Bacterial action: aerobic and anaerobic bacteria produce large quantities of enzymes that break down body tissues and produce gases.
