المهم بقا ك شرح منها يعني
-الspontaneous abortion دا عشان disease فالmother or fertilized ovum
-سؤال الlegal aspects of therapeutic abortion ممكن يجي كprecautions
-لازم نكون عارفين إن الlocal violence دا أكتر حاجة ليها complications و بتسبب deaths
-الneurogenic shock اللي بتحصل دا عشان مفيش anesthesia
-الhemorrhage زي ما اخدنا في الجراحة primary لو immediately الsecondary بعد few days بسبب الinfection

-Examination if the accused:-
1 He is asked to tell his story in detail comparing it with that of the victim and with that he first gave to the police.
2 Consent for examination.
3 General examination: Age, physical built, mental state, 3 examination of his clothes for stains and presence of hairs or tears, after making sure that they are actually those worn by him at the time of the assault. Signs of struggle as abrasions, contusions and bites are searched for. Blood samples are taken for grouping, alcohol and DNA typing.
4 Local examination: For the presence of hairs and blood on the genital organs to be compared with that of the victim. Penile washing and examination for cells consistent with vaginal and cervical type and Barr bodies suggesting recent intercourse. Samples of pubic hair should be taken along with head hair and even moustache or any hair found on the victim.
-Recent tear: Hyperemic, tender and may not reach the vaginal wall.
-Old scar: Not hyperemic, painless and usually reach vaginal wall.
-A person less than or equal to 14 years of age is considered to have sexual impotence.
