Description:-
This is a picture of adult male showing a wound in the middle of forehead of a size of 6*4cm. The wound has regular edges and two acute angles. The hair at edges is sharply cut. There are no tissue bridge, abrasions or contusions. There are free external bleeding and it is less liable for sepsis. There are no signs of sepsis, healing or surgical interference.

Conclusion:-
Antemortem cut wound in the middle of forehead cause by sharp-bladed instrument.

Cause of death:-
Hemorrhage or shock.

Manner of death:-
Homicidal, accidental or suicidal.
