Are Black people fully human?

All my life I've heard the anti-racist trope "all humans share 99.9% DNA," which deliberately obfuscates the significance of that small amount of genetic variation. For instance, humans and chimpanzees share 99% DNA.

The approximately six billion people on Earth whose recent ancestry is not from Africa will have inherited between 1% and 2% of their genome from our closest but now extinct relatives: the Neanderthals. East Asians and Oceanians have also inherited a small amount of ancestry from the Denisovans, another close relative of Homo Sapiens.

Given that humans and chimps are genetically 99% the same, I would say the fact that the ancestry of Europeans and Asians is 1-2% comes from some other hominin species not present in Africans (or not to the same degree), that's HUGE and could explain a lot.

But that's only part of the story:

The new paper provides evidence that there may also have been gene-flow into the ancestors of West Africans directly from a mysterious archaic hominin. The researchers compared Neanderthal and Densiovan DNA with that from four contemporary populations from West Africa....

Interestingly, they suggest that 6%-7% of the genomes of West Africans is archaic in origin. But this archaic ancestry wasn’t Neanderthal or Denisovan. Their model suggested the additional ancestry came from an archaic population for which we don’t currently have a genome.

We don't have a name for this unknown ancestor of modern Blacks "because the cold and dry environments of Eurasia are much better at preserving DNA that the wet heat of tropical Africa."

Blacks are different from all other humans because they are descended from some other hominin species that are as-yet unknown to the fossil record. Even the "Out-of-Africa" theory itself tells us nothing about the closeness of White Europeans and sub-Saharan Blacks since there is so much genetic diversity within Africa. Who says the ancestors of modern Europeans who came from Africa were not a completely different type than those who remained to form the modern African population?

So much of the anti-racist "science" from when I was in high school in the 90s was driven purely by the ideological imperatives of end-of-history globalist liberalism rather than biological science, and we know so much more today than we did then.

But what have we yet to discover? This study is from only two years ago. It's clear we don't have the last word in race science and genetics. It's also clear that the extreme differences in behavior, intelligence, empathy, cultural ability, mating strategies etc that we all can easily observe between Whites and Blacks, are explained by the fact that our races are at least partially descended from entirely different hominin species, and that huge gaps in understanding our lineage is missing from the fossil record.
