Struggle; is it inherently a bad thing?

One of the main theological structures of Christianity is the embrace of struggle. It requires self sacrifice; the entirety of our theology revolves around embracing struggle.

Suffering is what builds man, it's what enables us to love, feel emotion, learn, and conquer. Without such a quality, we would not be able to endure and protect those we love.

Without suffering, we would not have the great men and women in history that are looked as heroes, ones that were able to overcome the most dire of challenges because they embraced struggle. Aim to become like these figures, and may God aid you on your journey.

Thanks be to God that we ended January on a Sunday. Go to Church, read your Bible, and treat your body ad if you would treat your mind, as they are all connected in one struggle eternally, and cannot progress without your determination.

There is no reason you should be:

- Engaging in masturbation/fornication
- Welcoming laziness into your life 
- Not going outside, spending time with family and friends in good company 
- Not reading your Bible 
- Not praying the rosary daily 
- Not fasting 

We reached the new year, yet so many people forget their goals. While life can get in the way of many things, it should never get in the way of your progress to becoming a better person. Stop with the Nihilistic philosophy, stop with whatever is degrading you and others into not improving further. You have no reason for it, and deserve better.

Children, lost adults, and many others look up to us. Set an example for them and your peers.

We're the next generation of mothers, fathers, and so much more. Do not let temptation get the best of you, for you're not only letting yourself down, but many others. If you've fallen into temptation, brush it off, start anew. We don't learn without trial and error.
