If Pagans actually read the Bible and not just the Hávamal, I doubt they would even get it still. Because as Saint Basil says, the problem is Spiritual, and those who don’t have the Spirit dwelling within them will always reject these things, no matter how much you show them. Christ said the exact same thing in response to those who heard the news about the Resurrection and were showed evidence but still refused to believe on Him.

I didn’t feel the need to address praying for your enemies because it’s clear that it isn’t at odds with physical and spiritual resistance to evil. He didn’t even give an argument as to how it is. Lol.
Also, the last two verses that you cited directly go against your narrative that Christianity is a religion of weakness. I never knew perseverance and tenacity were signs of weakness. That’s news to me. If you’re persecuted, you don’t flee like a coward.
