Marriage is such a beautiful thing and is often not treated as it should be treated, I.e. in the exact same way as entering into the seminary.

There need to be more priests giving talks and sermons on the importance of the Nuptial Sacrament for this day and age. The theology behind it is also, for the most part, ignored and pushed away as something not of great importance. Oh how many souls are led astray through abandoning their marital rights and responsibilities out of pure ignorance, indifference and lack of knowledge!

The way that most Catholics approach marriage and courtship nowadays is disgraceful and a mockery to the holiness and importance of the marital vocation.

Marriage is no different or of less significance than entering into the seminary, or being in the process of doing so (the equivalent here would be courtship).

If you ever see people making jokes about the sacrament and so forth, don’t be afraid to correct their errors and let them know that what they are mocking and making jokes about; and being indifferent towards, was instituted by Our Lord Himself.

The notion that Quanta Cura and the Syllabus of Errors aren’t infallible is probably the most retarded thing I’ve ever heard. I’d love for someone to explain to me how these documents do not contain the mark of infallibility. Them saying that Vatican II is infallible despite it being ambiguous, non-definitive, heretical, etc. and that the Syllabus or Quanta Cura isn’t is retarded. How does Vatican II meet the conditions for infallibility but not these documents? It’s nonsense. When a Pope condemns errors and declares something to be heresy, he utilities the extraordinary magisterium.

Even then, Lofton and his post-trad VII devotees still have to deal with Mortalium Animos, Mirari Vos, Summo Iugiter Studio, Satis Cognitum, Pascendi, Post Tam Diuturnas, Cantate Domino, Canon 1013 of 1917 code and Summi Pontificatus as it relates to Gaudiem et Spes, etc.

Now it seems that Quanta Cura fulfills the first criterion in no 6 « ...we, well remembering our Apostolic Office, and very greatly solicitous for our most holy Religion, for sound doctrine and the salvation of souls which is intrusted to us by God, and (solicitous also) for the welfare of human society itself, have thought it right again to raise up our Apostolic voice. »
As regards criterion 2, QC seems to touch on matters that pertain to the faith.
As regards criterion 3, QC no 6: « ..by our Apostolic authority, we reprobate, proscribe, and condemn all the singular and evil opinions and doctrines severally mentioned in this letter, »
Finally QC seems to be binding for the whole Church, again no 6 directly following the last point: « ...and will and command that they be thoroughly held by all children of the Catholic Church as reprobated, proscribed and condemned. »

Therefore, it seems to me that Quanta Cura is infallible.
