The one man that the Church has definitively said is 100% in hell, and who literally betrayed Christ for some shekels handing him over to the Jews is being honoured by Francis. Nobody is surprised. This is beyond wicked.

« Hear, oh Lord, the prayer of the Italian people, oh glorious master of nations. We pray that our Duce may ever lead the Fatherland to fulfil the mission Providence has given us. Bless his plans that Italy may retain its rightful place at the centre of Catholic Christendom. »

1484: Local farmers of Arles, France, joined bands of laborers from Dauphiné, Auvergne, and the Provençal highlands, and led by the town’s monks attacked the anti-Christ section of the town. They invaded the anti-Christ street, looting and partially destroying it.
Some were killed and 50 of them chose crypto-conversion.
Smaller outbreaks had occurred in 1427, 1436, 1457, 1473, and 1480.
In 1486 the Arles anti-Christs contributed toward maintaining their own police for such contingencies.
In 1493, however, soon after the acquisition of Provence by the French king (1481), the citizenry secured his consent to expel them from Arles. The synagogue was now completely destroyed. Even still, some would not leave until September 1494.

Fr. José Reyes Vega was the most renowned of the armed cristero priests. Aside from providing military leadership, he most importantly ministered the sacraments to cristero warriors. Fr. Vega died on March 17, 1929 at the Battle of Tepatitlán, which resulted in a victory for the cristeros.
This’ll be an interesting one
Matt Dillahunty doesn’t actually respond to arguments but instead resorts to saying “I don’t know”, “I’m not convinced”, or “well I don’t think that’s reasonable bro.”

The best exchange in the entire debate:

Trent: “Is there any belief you disagree with that you would say is reasonable?”

Matt: “No. I think I’m a reasonable person.”

Trent: “You may be a reasonable person, but someone can reasonably disagree with you correct?”

Matt: “No, that’s not the case.”

Trent: “How about Alex O’Connor (also an atheist)? Is his ethical veganism reasonable?”

Matt: “No it’s not.”

There is no use in dealing with snark ego-inflated retards like Dillahunty. He has always been like this.

At least this wasn’t as bad as his debate with Jay on the Existence of God. When confronted with a presuppositionalist who isn’t a philosophical dummy, instead of going the honest Humean route, he comes up with excuses.
To be fair, honest skeptics are a breath of fresh air, but people like Matt just piss me off.
The Jews, whom Holy Church tolerates in diverse parts of the world in testimony to Jesus Christ, wish to persevere in their hardness and blindness rather than acknowledge the words of the prophets and the mysteries of the Holy Scriptures, and to come to the knowledge of the Christian faith and salvation.

~ Pope Martin V
This is going to be extremely embarrassing for Ubi.
Hint: it’s biblical
Hopefully Sonna is well prepared when time comes for the debate.
Aristotle, Nicomachean Ethics, 110.3a

"Virtue being, as we have seen, of two kinds, intellectual and moral, intellectual virtue is for the most part both produced and increased by instruction, and therefore requires experience and time; whereas moral or ethical virtue is the product of habit, and has indeed derived its name, with a slight variation of form, from that word. And therefore it is clear that none of the moral virtues formed is engendered in us by nature, for no natural property can be altered by habit. For instance, it is the nature of a stone to move downwards, and it cannot be trained to move upwards, even though you should try to train it to do so by throwing it up into the air ten thousand times; nor can fire be trained to move downwards, nor can anything else that naturally behaves in one way be trained into a habit of behaving in another way. The virtues therefore are engendered in us neither by nature nor yet in violation of nature."
